A Colorful Feast, a dinner to benefit Valley Arts, features a special preview of the Green Mountain Watercolor Exhibition award-winning paintings. Due to the renovation at Lareau Farm, the dinner will be held this year at the 1824 House in Waitsfield.
Ticket sales will close on June 14. Entree choice is made at checkout - please, no substitutions! Dinner includes wine; cocktail hour features a cash bar serving wine and beer.
Entree choices (select one per ticket at checkout):
1. Scarlet & Emerald Steak Roulade: Bistro steaks pounded thin in cracked pepper and stuffed with charred tomatoes and spring onions, served with a chilled horseradish cream;
2. Poulet Chartreuse: Herb-marinated boneless chicken breasts, pan roasted and served with an asparagus parsley puree and grilled lemon slices;
3. Nightshades Aubergine: Slices of grilled eggplant and charred red peppers layered with an herbed ricotta and goat cheese blend, with a roasted tomato and spring onion coulis.
Proceeds from A Colorful Feast benefit Valley Arts. (The portion of your ticket price above $50 is tax deductible.)
